Our service is free: Generous sponsors are covering costs to make it free to families and activity providers.

Market to local families: We’ll promote your programs to families through our partnership with local school districts.

Get qualified sales leads: You’re the best person to sell your own program so we email parent questions directly to you. If parents want to register we link them directly to your registration webpage.

Our Mission: InPlay is a nonprofit founded to help ALL kids participate in out-of-school programs to ignite their individual interests and talents. If you run a safe and engaging program, we want to help get the word out!

It’s actually quite simple:

1. Share your program info with InPlay
2. We take care of posting it in our directory
3. Schools advertise our directory to local families
4. Interested parents are referred directly to you
5. You take it from there!

If you’re interested in listing with us, just send us your program information and we’ll take care of adding it to our directory. We’re happy to accept information in whatever format is easiest for you, and in many cases we can find everything we need on your website.

Some of the information we’re looking for includes:

Organizational details

• Basic introductory text for your organization
• Your logo
• A main profile image, perhaps of your facility or kids engaged in your activities
• Main point of contact for interested parents, including:
  • Name
  • Title
  • E-mail
  • Photo (if available)
• Targeted service information:
  • Availability of financial aid
  • Support for English Language Learners
  • Accommodations for students with special needs

Activity details

• The basics: dates, times, location, costs, ages
• Description of the activity
• Photos or other graphics (if available)
• A link to your registration page
• Any special discounts you may be offering
