Level 2 is designed for the intermediate gymnast. Focus is on building and honing proper techniques, body shapes and positions. This level places great emphasis on skill development, safety, and fun.
Girls learn skills on the four women's Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Trampoline is used periodically in classes as a supplemental training tool.
An ongoing evaluation program allows students to advance and earn ribbons as they master the requirements of the level.
Class sessions are 90 minutes in length.
Class Requirements: Level 1 skills must be checked off by instructor prior to moving to Level 2
