Our introductory level Foundations class introduces our young athletes to the essential skills, shapes, and techniques necessary to build confidence in strength in the gym! With a structured rotation through our four women's apparatus as well as trampoline and tumbltrak, our foundations athletes will learn proper form, body control, and coordination in an encouraging and high-energy environment!
Each class beings with a fun warm up and a full body stretch before moving through event specific stations designed for skill development. This class is perfect for building strong foundations, improving coordination, and helping young gymnasts feel successful and excited each week!
